This cake has layers of a light almond sponge, strawberry compote, white chocolate croustillant, custard apple cremeux, red guava jam, smooth and rich lemon curd with heaps of fresh strawberries!

SERVING DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate upon arrival. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours before serving for it to soften.
