This is our take on the baked cheesecake. We make our base with house-made graham cracker and fill the cheesecake batter over it. The slow baking keeps the cream cheese soft and moist. The heap of fresh mangoes on top complement the crunch of the base & the creaminess of the cheesecake. The mangoes used in this are safeda!
